FARMO RES, has been present on the world market with thermoforming equipment for 40 years, designing and constructing machines for Pharmaceutic/Healthcare packs (such as: vials, ampoules, syringes, etc..) and also Cosmetic, Personal Care and Food packs.

The FARMO RES thermoformers are equipped with product loader.
Each loader can be linked to up stream machines (such as vial or syringe labellers and special assembling units) or simply integrated with robots for product loading or orientation in the formed trays.
All FARMO RES thermoformers are equipped with link up systems in line with other down stream machines such as cartoners (either “Continuous or Alternate modes”) and end of line (EOL) machinery.
Each thermoforming machine can be integrated with vision systems (for product presence check), printing systems on lidding material (laser, thermic, Ink-jet systems), bar code readers, glue applicators and other equipment.
The thermoformers can be used in the pharmaceutical division for vial or syringe packing, but they can also be used for other types of packs such as “Blisterpacks” nearer to the cosmetic and food markets.
FARMO RES also designs and constructs complete lines for suppository, ovule and liquid unit-dose products.
Every individual machine is projected with tooling designed and constructed according to the customers requirements, the aim and final result is a pack presentation which satisfies all market requests, Farmo Res also constructs prototype toolings to produce sample packs for market study.
The FARMO RES machines are designed and constructed using the most up to date technology and moving systems by servo motors.
All this with the objective of constructing fast, high productive machines while at the same time remaining flexible, and optimizing size part change over time.
Detailed diagnostics together with the possibility of on line assistance (modem services) make easy machine handling.
